Turbo is Probably the Safest, Most effecient Way Of Getting More HP out of your Import. 4 cylinder Engines Can Be Made Extremely Fast With The Right Turbo Set-up and i do Emphasize The "Right" set-up Choosing a (Turbo Kit) is probably the wisest Decision you can Make. I do Not Reccomend trying to Peice a Kit together and doing custom manifolds. Unless the person you are having do it has a very good reputation and really knows cars, and your car especially. There are currently two Kits Available for the sr20de engine. Both kits are of extremely good quality and make a very noticeable difference to your sr20 Powered Nissan. The two Companies Putting out these Kits are Hotshot & F-Max Fabrications. Both Kits Are ECU controlled and are total PLUG & PLAY set-ups. They come complete with everything you need and can shed 2-4 seconds off your 1/4 mile timeslips depending on Which kit you buy. I would Compare these Turbo Kits Like This....F-Max* Being the All out enthusiast's Kit pushing the car to it's Maximum potential Stock but without Harming anything, and Hotshots Being the Guy Who Just wants More Power Than Bolt-on's with Reliability to boot.

Putting Nos on your Car is more than a Line a switch and a bottle. Nitrous Oxide Systems sells EFI kits and i really don't recomend them. I do however Like NOS' kit when coupled with a Jim wolf Nitrous controller. Jim Wolfs Module ensures That none of your cylinders run lean, all of the fuel, and timing are regulated by your cars ECU. so that when you hit the NOS the extra fuel is there to mix with it and keep you from running too lean and possibly grenading your engine. The Jim Wolf Kit is the one i reccomend. it's a Bit pricey but well worth it. There is another alternative to this thats a little bit cheaper it's made by a company called ZEX. They make several products for sr20 owners and their kit comes with a Mangement Unit that Monitors Actual Bottle Pressure and keeps your motor from running too rich or too lean. Very cool!
