WOlf and Darby
by
Molly M. Moon

The following stories contain discipline/corporal punishment.  It is a western
about a fictional frontier town where men and women are accepted for who and
what they are.  The characters of Wolf and Darby are my own creation, as are additional characters I will be adding from time to time.  However, Jim, Blair, Simon, Taggart, Rafe and
Miss Cassie belong to UPN and PetFly's the Sentinel. The characters of Fox Mulder, Dana Scully, Walter Skinner, et al do not belong to me; they belong to Chris Carter and Fox. No money is being made from these stories and no infringement is intended.

This whole series is dedicated to M because you proved me wrong.

From The Moon Cliff Meanderings:
Blue eyes shared laughter with me and I’ve lost myself in their lies. How can blue orbs be honest when they merely mirror the skies. Green eyes sparkled and burned me up with tempered flames; with green eyes it was fanciful flight and shadow games. Hazel eyes were witty, for they sparkled in different shades; and oftentimes they played with me for days and days. Brown eyes were trusting in a puppy dog way and they made me bleed; until in time I turned away hurting from their need. But it was black eyes that did me in; took me in and let me win. It was black eyes that pooled and foamed and shadowed me and took me home. All other eyes in my memory fade; but for black eyes…those eyes stayed.
