             A PRAYER FOR BABY
    Never to have known you, but to have loved you
    Never to have held you, the way mother's do

    With you I bury my hopes and dreams
    For an unknown child I've never seen

    But also I bury the love in my heart
    And the sadness of knowing that we must part

   And I pray to God to do for you
   All the things that I would like to do

   And to keep my baby safe from harm
   To laugh and frolic in Spring time's arms.

JOY IN HEAVEN
Listen..can you hear it?
A heavenly Choir sings.
Another little angel
Just got her set of wings.
There's joy and there's shouthing
As she steps through Heaven's gate.
They al lined up to greet her.
All the angels celebrate.
her eyes are shining brightly
And a smile on her face,
As she receives her halo
And takes her special place.
Wit hte biggest kind of love.
She's wiser than an owl
And more peaceful than a dove.
And though ther's joy in Heaven,
There's sorrow down below.
Broken hearts are crying,
Since they had to let her go.
So she watches them from Heaven
But she knows the time will come,
They will join their precious daughter
When their work on Earth is done.

How I hate the holidays this year
Because your face I will neve see
And will never get to hold you,Dear

I look up to the sky
I cry and wish and pray
Then I sit back and wonder why
You went home to Heaven to stay

My precious baby girl
I miss you everyday

Did you have to go away?

And one day we will be together

The hoidays seem so empty
Since you went away.
I am not looking forward
To celebrating on Christmas Day.

But I have to go on and pretend
With a pasted smile upon my face,
That things are fine and great
Without you sitting in your place.

But you do have 3 older brothers
Matthew, Robbie, and Aaron
(And I can name a few other people)
Who are expecting Mommy to go on.

But without you, I feel so empty
Wishing you were with us here
Celebrating Christmas, presents, & lights
And helping us spread Christmas cheer

Emily Rose, how I wish you were here
But in Heaven you now reside
And I for one can hardly wait
To have you at my side!
