Set your own personal goals while receiving support from fellow members working towards a healthy lifestyle!

Goal Examples:

  • lose weight
  • tone/tighten
  • drink 8-8oz. glasses of water daily
  • exercise
  • low fat foods
  • keep a journal of food eaten
  • keep a journal of exercise
  • stay active daily for 1/2 hour

We will meet monthly to weigh in, share goals achieved, goals striving for, healthy recipes or whatever you want to share!
