Baybridge
Park (in Westchase)
Take Linebaugh Ave. East. Turn left at the lights at Montague Street.
Take the first left and follow the street to the end - watch for speed
bumps. Playground with bark mulch. Restrooms available.
Glenn Cliff Park
(in Westchase)
Take Countryway Blvd. South. The entrance will be approximately ½ mile
on your left. Playground with bark mulch and small sand pit. Restrooms
available.
Westwood Lakes
Park
Take Linebaugh West to Countryway Blvd. Turn right onto Countryway. Go
through the lights at Race Track Rd. Turn left into Westwood Lakes Community
about ½ mile down, park is on the left. Playground with sand. No restrooms
available.
Keystone Park
and Community Center (adjacent to Austin Davis Library)
Take Linebaugh Ave. East. Turn left on Sheldon Road. Sheldon turns into
Gunn Hwy. through Citrus Park. Go through the lights at Van Dyke Road;
the park is ¼ mile past Van Dyke on the left side. Playground with sand.
Tennis courts free. Restrooms available at Keystone Community Center or
adjacent Austin Davis Library.
Northdale Park
Take Linebaugh Ave. East. Turn left on Sheldon Road. Turn right on Gunn
Hwy. Stay to the left and continue on Ehrlich Road. Turn left on Casey
Rd. (7-Eleven on the left side). Turn right on Northdale. The park is
on the right, just after you pass the Bob Sierra YMCA. Playground with
sand. Restrooms available at Northdale Community Center.

Bicentennial Park
423 Lafayette Blvd. - Take Linebaugh Ave. West. Turn left on Racetrack
Rd., cross through the lights at Hillsborough/Tampa Rd., turns into Lafayette
Blvd. Drive for about 1/4 mile, turn left into park. Opened in December,
2002, this beautiful 10-acre park boasts a 1/3 mile fitness trail with
exercise workout stations, a skateboard park, tennis courts, basketball
court, and a recreation center for residents and visitors. It is home
for many children and teen programs. Features: Picnic Shelter, Playground,
Hiking Path, Parking Area, Restrooms, Recreation Center, Tennis Courts,
Basketball Court, Skate Park.

Mobbly Bayou Wilderness Preserve - OPENING SUMMER 2004
East end of Shore Drive - Take Linebaugh Ave. West. Turn left on Racetrack
Rd., cross through the lights at Hillsborough/Tampa Rd., turns into Lafayette
Blvd. Follow it until it ends, turn left on Shore Drive, follow it to
the end. Located in the Southeast corner of the City, this pristine preserve
was purchased several years ago with a grant from the Florida Department
of Environmental Protection. It will feature a canoe launch, hiking trails,
and restrooms. Plans also include a picnic shelter, playground, and parking
area. Future enhancements will provide for an observation tower, fishing
pier and an environmental education center. Features: Picnic Shelter,
Hiking Trails, Canoe Launch, Beach Area, Parking Area, Restrooms.

Olds Park or Friendship Playground
107 Shore Drive West - Take Linebaugh Ave. West. Turn left on Racetrack
Road. Turn right on Tampa Rd. Turn left onto S.R. 580. Turn left onto
Bayview Blvd., follow it to the end into the parking lot.

Richard B. Rogers Park (behind Firestation)
Take Linebaugh Ave. West. Continue through the lights at Race Track
Rd. where Linebaugh turns into Forest Lakes. Turn left at the next lights,
Pine St. Follow Pine for about 1/2 mile, turn left just after the Firestation
onto the side street. This picturesque neighborhood park, named for a
former city council member, is located behind the newly constructed Fire
Department on Pine Avenue North. Developed in 2002, the park features
a playground, lighted basketball court, picnic shelter, open play area
and a parking lot. No restrooms.
Oldsmar Sprayground
Take Linebaugh Ave. West. Continue through the lights at Race Track Rd.
where Linebaugh turns into Forest Lakes. Turn right at the next lights,
Pine St. Follow Pine St. for about 1/2 mile, the park is on the right.
Restrooms available, 2 covered picnic shelters.
Upper Tampa Bay
Park
8001 Double Branch Rd., phone (813) 855-1765 This 2,144-acre park and
preserve features an environmental study center. Popular activities include
picnicking and hiking on trails and boardwalks with views of Tampa Bay
and its habitats. Playground area. $1 donation entrance fee.

Upper
Tampa Bay Trail (Hillsborough County)
Paved multi-use (walk, bike, rollerblade), non-motorized trail in northwest
Hillsborough County. Four miles of trail are completed between Linebaugh
Avenue and Peterson Road Park. This section follows an abandoned railroad
corridor through suburban Citrus Park. Restrooms available at the ranger
station located at Ehrlich Road near the east side of the trail.
Pinellas
Trail (Pinellas County)
47-mile corridor of abandoned railroad, paved multi-use (walk, bike, rollerblade),
non-motorized trail, some views of the Gulf & intracoastal waterway.
Restrooms available at various businesses, public parks. Restaurants available
at various areas.
Phillipe
Park (Pinellas County Park)
Take Linebaugh Ave. West. Continue through the lights at Race Track Rd.
where Linebaugh turns into Forest Lakes. Continue through the lights at
Tampa Rd. Turn right on S.R. 580. Turn left at the lights at Phillipe
Parkway. Phillipe Park is approx. 1 mile on the left. 2 playgrounds with
bark mulch available. Restrooms and picnic shelters available. No entrance
fee.
Chesnut
Park (Pinellas County Park)
Take Linebaugh Ave. West. Continue through the lights at Race Track Rd.
where Linebaugh turns into Forest Lakes. Turn right at Tampa Road. Turn
right onto East Lake Road. Chesnut Park is approx. 2 miles on the left.
2 playgrounds with bark mulch or chopped rubber base. Nature trails. Restrooms
and picnic shelters available. No entrance fee.
Howard
Park (Pinellas County Park)
Take Linebaugh Ave. West. Continue through the lights at Race Track Rd.
where Linebaugh turns into Forest Lakes. Turn right at Tampa Road. Turn
right on U. S. Highway 19 or continue and turn right on Alternate 19.
Traveling north on U.S. Highway 19 or Alternate 19 turn left on Klosterman
Road and go to Carlton Road. Follow the brown signs labelled "Howard
Park". Turn Right on Carlton Road and go to the stop sign turn left
onto Curlew Place. Go to the next stop sign, which is Florida Avenue,
and turn right. Go 2 miles to the red flashing light and turn left onto
Sunset Drive (which dead-ends into the park.) 2 playgrounds with bark
mulch. Nature trails. Restrooms and picnic shelters available. No entrance
fee.

Honeymoon
Island State Park
Take Linebaugh Ave. West. Continue through the lights at Race Track Rd.
where Linebaugh turns into Forest Lakes. Turn right at Tampa Road. Turn
left onto Curlew Road (S.R. 586). Honeymoon Island State Park is located
at the extreme west end of S.R.586, north of Dunedin. Daily entrance fee.
Caladesi
Island State Park
Take Linebaugh Ave. West. Continue through the lights at Race Track Rd.
where Linebaugh turns into Forest Lakes. Turn right at Tampa Road. Turn
left onto Curlew Road (S.R. 586). Caladesi Island State Park is located
at the extreme west end of S.R.586, north of Dunedin. Enter through Honeymoon
Island gates (must pay entrance fee) and turn left into Caladesi Island
parking lot. 15 min. ferry ride (separate fee) to island, 5 min. boardwalk
to beach.
