Artichoke Dip
From the Kitchen of Cecilia

1 can artichokes in water - chopped up
fresh garlic - crushed (approx. 2 cloves)
½ cup parmesan cheese
16 oz. Jar of mayonnaise
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Mix all of the above together. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees until brown and crusty (about 20 minutes). Serve with nacho chips.
