Baked Brie with Apples & Cranberries

1/2 cup chopped apple
1/4 cup sliced almonds
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp butter, melted
1 round (8 oz.) Brie cheese
French Bread stick or assorted crackers

Preheat oven to 350F. Coarsely chop apple. Combine apple, almonds, cranberries, brown sugar, cinnamon & butter.

Cut Brie in 1/2 horizontally. Place one half of Brie, rind side down on baking dish. Spoon 1/2 of the apple mixture onto bottom 1/2 of Brie. Top with remaining 1/2 of Brie, rind side up. Bake 12-15 min. or until cheese is soft and just begins to melt.

Serve with apple wedges and toasted French bread slices or assorted crackers.
