Baked Brie with
Apples & Cranberries 1/2 cup chopped apple Preheat oven to 350F. Coarsely chop apple. Combine apple, almonds, cranberries, brown sugar, cinnamon & butter. Cut Brie in 1/2 horizontally. Place one half of Brie, rind side down on baking dish. Spoon 1/2 of the apple mixture onto bottom 1/2 of Brie. Top with remaining 1/2 of Brie, rind side up. Bake 12-15 min. or until cheese is soft and just begins to melt. Serve with apple wedges and toasted French bread slices or assorted crackers.
