Bean Dip

1 16oz can of refried beans
4oz of sour cream
8oz salsa
½ packet of taco seasoning mix
Shredded cheese (Mexican style)

Mix beans, salsa and sour cream in oven safe dish. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350º for about 30 minutes or until cheese has melted and mixture is hot throughout. Remove from oven. Garnish top with more salsa, sour cream, peppers and/or cheese. Eat with Tortilla chips. (Good at refrigerator temp too!)
