Cheese Bacon Crescent Squares

1 (8 oz.) can Pillsbury crescent rolls
3/4 cup shredded Swiss cheese
3/4 cup shredded mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup chopped fresh onion
3/4 cup milk

1/2 cup chopped fresh mushrooms
6 slices bacon, cooked, drained & crumbled
1 tbsp minced parsley or chives

Preheat oven to 375F.

Press crescent dough onto bottom and 2" up sides of 9: x 13" pan to form crust, sealing perforations. Sprinkle cheeses over dough.

Combine egg, onion, milk and mushrooms. Pour over cheese. Sprinkle with bacon & herbs.

Bake 22-28 minutes or until crust is deep golen brown and filling is set. Cool 5 minutes before cutting into squares.
