Cheesy Ham & Broccoli Bake

- 1 pkg scalloped potatoes
- 3 cups boiling water
- 1 cup chopped ham steak
- 2 Tblsp. finely chopped onion
- 1 10 oz. pkg frozen chopped broccoli (thawed)
- 1 cup boiling water
- 2 Tblsp. butter
- 6 eggs

Heat oven to 350 degrees and grease a baking dish. In a large bowl combine 3 cups boiling water with the potatoes - let stand for 10 minutes and drain. Add the ham, onion and broccoli and blend well - spoon into baking dish. In the same large bowl combine cheese sauce envelope with 1 cup boiling water and butter - blend well. Beat in the eggs. Pour evenly over the potato/ham combo in the baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 35 - 45 minutes or until the center is set.
