Chicken and Brie Sandwich

1 French Bread
Grilled Chicken Breast, marinated in Italian dressing
1 Caramelized Onion
Brie Cheese

Cut grilled chicken into strips; layer on French bread, sliced down the center. Top chicken with onions; top onions with cheese. Place sandwich on a cookie sheet, covered with foil. Bake open face at 350 degrees for 3 - 5 minutes or until heated through and cheese starts to melt. Slice and serve.
