Crunchy Tossed Salad
From the Kitchen of Gretchen

1 cup sliced almonds
1 pkg ramen noodles, crushed
4 tbsp butter
1 bunch broccoli
1 head red leaf lettuce
4 chopped green onions

Dressing:
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
3 tsp soy sauce

Brown almonds & noodles in butter, cool on paper towl. Combine noodles & almonds with broccoli, lettuce & onions. Pour dressing over & toss well.
