Flour Tortillas
1 pkg. cream cheese
Green olives – finely chopped
Jalapeno pepper – finely chopped
Sour cream
Salsa

Soften cream cheese slightly in microwave to a spreadable consistency. Finely chop green olives & jalapeno pepper; add to cream cheese and mix well. With a spatula, spread cream cheese mixture about 1/4” thick evenly and entirely over flour tortilla. Roll tortilla carefully and cut into 1/2” pinwheels with sharp knife. Place flat on cookie sheet and broil until cheese & tortillas edges are browned. Serve with sour cream and salsa for dipping.
