Sausage Crescent Rolls

2 cans cresecent rolls
2 lbs. sausage (1 hot and 1 mild)
1 egg
2 - 4 pz. pkgs. of Swiss Cheese
Parsley
Garlic Powder
Parmesan Cheese

Cook and drain the sausage and then set aside until cooled. Once cool, add the egg, parsley, and garlic powder and mix thoroughly.

Roll each can of crescent rolls out into a 15 x 15 in. square. Split the sausage mixture between the two squares and spread evenly. Sprinkle 4 oz. of Swiss cheese evenly over each square and then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Roll each square into a log and place on an ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake at 350-degrees for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.

Allow to cool before cutting.
