Swedish Meatballs

1 lb. Ground beef (Lean)
1 Egg
Bread Crumbs (plain)
1 pkg. Onion soup mix
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
3/4 cups white vinegar
3/4 cups water
1 tbsp mustard
2 tbsp corn starch

Mix together ground beef, egg, bread crumbs and onion soup mix thoroughly. Roll into small meatballs and place in shallow baking dish. In medium sized pot, combine brown sugar, vinegar, water, mustard and corn starch; bring to a boil, stirring until well blended and slightly thickened. Remove from heat; pour sauce over meatballs. Bake at 325F for 1 hour; baste after 30 min. or as often as needed.
