Tortilla Roll Ups
From the Kitchen of Kelly C.

1 8oz cream cheese, softened
1 16oz sour cream
2 C shredded cheddar cheese
3 green onions finely chopped, green chilies, or black olives
1 - 2 tbsp chili powder, to taste
8 large tortillas
Salsa

Cream together first two ingredients, add chili powder, stir in cheese and onions. Spread 1/8th of mixture onto tortilla and roll. Refrigerate at least 2 hours, then slice. Serve with salsa for dipping.
