Zucchini Bread Ingredients: 6 C. all-purpose
flour Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In large bowl blend dry ingredients except sugar and nuts; set aside. Beat eggs on high speed of electric mixer; add oil and sugar and mix well. Fold in zucchini by hand and then the dry ingredients. Stir until all dry ingredients are moistened; fold in nuts. Pour into 2 well greased and floured loaf pans. Bake in preheated oven 50-60 minutes or until top is golden and a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Makes two loaves.
