Civil Rights and Civil Liberties have a Money Aspect, too: 
Livingtime, as opposed to economic unfreedom or dependence, 
needs time and money, and is a Human Right therefore, as it 
is another aspect of self determination. 

Livingtime as a Human Right? 

Human Beings (Persons) and Companies CANNOT exist "equally" 
exist (coexist) with "equal rights" and "together", 
BECAUSE 
companies by their 
         * degree of organisation (otherwise, no division 
                        of labor will function, i.e. 
                        no Hightech would be possible) 
         * degree of productivity (otherwise, nothing to 
                         sell except employees, as in the 
                         "service oriented sector") 
         * degree of financial power (otherwise, they 
                        simply crash) and 
         * company lifetime (the real big media companies 
                           are the religion churches 
                           -- unimportant which of the 
                             religions or churches! -- 
                           with their product families of 
                           Fear/Peace, Emperor/God, 
                           Crusade/Scharia/Paradise etc.) 
are INVASIVE 
to each Human Being.

(that means that Human Beings are not inferior ONLY when 
 they develop resistance against company systems; 
 labor unions are not enough, they only defend jobOWNERS 
 -- as a new form of capitalists -- against the poor)

Therefore: without a CLEAR PRIORITY ** Person > Company ** 
-- where only a few beginnings exist, for eexample in 
  smoke damage compensations -- 
Human Beings (Individuals, Freedom) are always the loosers. 

That is a short word. Its meaning lasts longer: 

DEMOCRACY is nothing but a lie (when rulers talk about it). 
DEMOCRACY rose as a protection against the (ancient greek) 
tyrannos, and it needs (among others) Freedom and Equality 
(and, first of all, that Humans dont rule over other Humans 
 or -- even worse -- Companies rule over Human Beings) 
BUT 
often Democracy is dropped in favor of the more expensive 
car and dinner and wine vintage ... 
(i.e. to all those things more attractive to most people 
 by division of labor in a money system than by their own 
 improvisation by permaCulture or by an exchange platform, 
 -- dont stop reading here, please, this is NOT a plea for 
   more or "better" money hierarchism (i.e. market economy 
   or "capitalism") -- 
 or if they had to line up in a monopoly store, 
 where the lack of an egoism drain leads to general 
   frustration if only one participant is frustrated) 

(simply living in Asceticism does not solve the problem 
 -- even not when "all people" (?) live ascetically -- 
 and much less when "politicians" try to "enforce" a wish 
 for Asceticism 
 -- breaking electional promises, for example, or like an 
   enforced "trust-me" -- i.e. if they try to produce 
 Asceticism of their voters instead of their own) 

In this case (in presence, in reality), what is called 
"Democracy" then, is nothing but a word construction full 
of lies, and an invasive and penetrating Neo-Propaganda 
(i.e. exactly what was -- justifiably -- reproached to 
 communism the other time, or what was made of it in the 
 former Soviet Union).

At this point, this comes close to a misunderstanding: 

This is NOT a Plea for "market"economy" of the present 
perversion /of the "economic"neo"liberal"Globalism" type) 
BUT 
this does insist to be an argument to make use of 
"capitalism"/"market"economy" -- 2 words for 1 concept -- 
as a SUBSYSTEM of living together as PERSONS > companies 
-- with a very clear priority of this dominnance of Persons 
  over companies -- 
(i.e. as an opportunity of using the immanent human greed 
 without giving room to the RULE of the greedy who led the 
 People into poverty). 

Paragraph. Dot. Coffee. 

These long words are NOT AT ALL a compromise with what 
proliferates like Cancer as a Domination-by-Money or a 
Rule-by-Money ("capitalism") 
-- leading retro back to slavery and a Sociiety of Servants 
  of the centuries of the Bible Belt and the Cotton Belt -- 
BUT 
they mean (among others) that 

* "Growth" as a Self-Goal (determined today, in addition, 
             by the Greedy and reckless Moneymakers) and 
* "Employment" as a Way of Life (income by "workplace"jobs 
           through determining "Flexibility"  
           -- of Humans instead of companies! -- 
           again by those Greedy, using 
           "Kurzarbeit" short time working, dumping wages, 
           social robbery and precarious Working Poor jobs) 

CANNOT BE KEPT UPRIGHT as a dominating system 
-- preventing the Individual Right to Self  Determination 
  and Happiness in the United States Constitution and in 
  International Law -- 
as soon as more than 10 persons live per square mile (e.g. 
a farm), for which those "economy" and "religion" systems 
(sunday school, seeding and harvesting times) made sense and 
secured survival, the other time.

"Growth" and "Employment" are no basic values of Human Kind 
but, in contrary, vanish with growing population density. 
This directly follows 

* from the priority Person > company (see above) 
 -- plus thoughts on the democratic basis of life -- 
AND 
* apart from simply saving Environment and Resources 
 -- how and what from should later generations live? -- 
AND 
* very apart from problems with the Climate developments 
 -- example: Methane volatility from Permafrost regions 
   as soon as Temperatures generally grow; 
   industrial damages increase not only proportionally 
   but they multiply exponentially (greenhouse gases, CO2) 
   damages of industrial activity --  

which simply do not allow any more those "religions" of 
"growth" and "employment" because they are no solution.

Example: the United States of America slipped into (mass 
weapons) lies and almost a Bush dictatorship 
-- introducing Guantanamo and becoming almoost Saddam II -- 
as it hardly could have happened worse to America. 

But not only this: Debts of the USA in China increased 
this much, meanwhile, that a Servant's position (of the 
USA under China) emerged, 
-- as visible through the recent (Hillary)  Clinton 
  statements: "buy US bonds to prevent our money from 
  more crashes; we will not mention Human Rights too much, 
  in exchange" -- 
maybe not even reversible any more, without Nuclear war. 

(China, at the moment, does more than "the West" for 
 Environment and World Climate Problems, 
 -- Caution: China does this although, or BECAUSE China 
   produces the most catastrophic Environment damages in 
   the world, e.g. "one new coal power plant/day" etc. -- 
 but China is not really a model of Human Rights, having 
 -- and executing -- still LEGAL MURDER ("death penalty") 
 for "Espionnage" and with its treatment of opposition) 

Nuclear war as well as "New Order of Financial Systems", 
however, reverse and topple everything upside down; 
nice words should not obscure that every single person 
has to restart at Zero, then, having lost everything. 

If this "New Order Ideology" shall be prevented from 
running -- far worse than anything before -- 
to the DAMAGE and detriment of HUMAN BEINGS (and in the 
interest of Banks and "Financial Politics"), we should form 
RESISTANCE NOW, inform ourselves and others, and become 
ACTIVE NOW. 

Currency Politics, for example, or Central Bank (Fed) 
regulations, need to be reorganized in such ways that 
Waste AVOIDANCE and Environmental CONSERVATION 
-- that concerns industries much more than  households -- 
get better currencies and better investment conditions 
-- securing existence money for mobility, ccommunication, 
  rent and food, see Elements of Democratic Development -- 
while unscrupulous mud sling companies and waste producers 
shut down (instead of talking of "growth" or "employment"). 

NOW it is time to make people understand what they expect 
from "finance"packages" and "rescuing"packages", and 
what they are going to loose 
-- in REALITY, by "capitalism", this time --- 
(not only what "could be lost" by communism, as demagogy 
 was and is forecasting) 

Even President Obama pleads for "financial rescue" measures 
-- probably because his consultants claim sso -- 
and this means, in clear words, that propaganda and 
dictatorship elements gain over democratic life and 
over spread of wealth 
-- instead of effectively thinking on how tto make sure 
  that everybody has money to participate as consumers in 
  consumer markets again while conserving Environment and 
  Climate Resources -- 
and that even the leverage becomes worse, by which 
everyone is forced to work AGAINST ALL AND AGAINST HIMSELF 
and HERSELF.

Once again: 

* Environment Responsibility and Climate Responsibility 
 are within reach of "rules" 
 ALTHOUGH 
 "rules" always are in favor to "referee/judge/revenge" 
 systems (with "punishment" for violations) and their 
 "fitting" mentalities (the State is Me, the Law is Me)
 -- courtyards cannot "punish" (only life can), they are 
   ritualized revenge institutions -- 
 AND 
 they are the true basis of hierarchism like in the forms 
 DICTATORSHIP, RACISM, ANTISEMITISM, HUMAN TRAFFICKING. 
 Racism is not only a question of skin color! 

* Social Responsibility and Responsibility for Human Beings 
 (Persons > companies) and Freedom, Equality and Livingtime 
 as Human Rights 
 ONLY are reachable in the "currency" of those who destroy 
 theses values: 
 in systems with reduced importance of money these 
 destroyers are social hierarchists and rulemakers using 
 social dependencies 
 -- their currency is the position in party hierarchy -- 
 and in money systems ("capitalism") these destroyers are 
 the Greedy and the reckless Moneymakers 
 -- their currency are Dollars and Euros -- 
 to be halted.

 Even more: 
* Whoever would not put everything into "rubble and ashes", 
 -- with corresponding, even more catastrophic destruction 
   of Environment and Climate Resources -- 
 almost automatically comes to solutions like 

* "ruling by money" (capitalism) OVER companies 
 -- and not of companies over people, more generally: over 
   organisations, "legal persons" as opposed to Humans as 
   "natural persons" -- 
BUT 
* REDUCTION of ruling (i.e. more democratic help) for 
 people among each other 
 * starting with resistance against forms of tyrannos 
 * with the idea of Reason (Immanuel Kant) and 
 * with the idea of Power Separation (Montesquieu) 
  -- at contemporary level this means REDUCTION of power 
    before anything else, starting with reduction of 
    violence forms of the State (actual example: more than 
    300 dead by Electric Phaser Guns since 2007/2008) and 
    considering that violence happens in the brain before 
    any knife or other weapon -- 
 * priority Person > company ("legal persons") 
  -- if this shall be related more generally and to other 
    centuries: Person > Organisations priority is meant 
    (because the problem is "hierarchy" and "hierarchism", 
    hiding personal rule over personal submittees by the 
    means of "organisation"; 
    this is approx. the way how speculation and betting 
    at Stock Exchanges led to the recent financial crisis. 

This concept is not "ready" in the sense of a solution 
to "repair the world" tomorrow as a "Politics" policy. 

But the more people think it over, 
-- while resisting to permanently oppress mminorities -- 
the faster eventual forms of life come into reality 
to use Energy and Technology ("development") as an 
aid 
-- instead of ever new "improved" weapons pproductions -- 
towards a Together. 

Division of Labor and life with Human Rights functions 
as well with no Hierarchism. 

Another world is possible.
