OBJECTIVE 1
• Increase the number of long-term resident volunteers by a certain percentage of the total number of tutors.
        
Strategy
    To inform people, we plan on talking to kids at Millikin University and the local high schools to try to get young adults and their parents involved. We see that the importance is concentrating on attracting a younger volunteer group that way we can have lifetime members.
OBJECTIVE 2
• Have the community more involved, and have the community more informed on Theater 7 events.  (In order to increase the number of long-term resident volunteers)
        
Strategy
    Another objective is to increase community awareness of Theatre 7. We will go about increasing awareness by posting up flyers in the neighborhood and at Millikin and the local high schools. In order to get people more involved we plan on suggesting that Theatre 7 play more recent plays in order to attract a new audience.


OBJECTIVE 3
• Having multiple ways in keeping the community and long-term residents interested in events carried out by Theater 7.
        
Strategy
    We need to keep the community and long-term residents interested in events. We plan on doing this by suggesting different plays to be shown, not just the classics. Some people are interested in modern plays or plays that aren't that well known. People should be interested in seeing a play where they actually might not know what is going to happen in the end.


OBJECTIVE 4
• Finding different ways in how Theater 7 can promote them selves, whether is by advertising on TV, billboards, radio, or the internet through their website.
         
Strategy
     It is important to promote Theatre 7. We will help promote by improving the website, and making our own Theater 7 website. Also it would be easy to advertise on Millikin radio, since it is located in our school.


OBJECTIVE 5
• Increasing the number of ticket sales for Theatre 7.
         
Strategy
    It is very important to raise the number of ticket sales for Theatre 7 because that is the main source of income for them. We will use community involvement to help raise the sales of tickets. We will be using their website as a start-off point.
