| The first major character seen, he starts as a prince of a small people, the “Imeshe” (sp?). He ends up with a curse and deeply tied into the war between the people and the forest. He falls in love with the princess of beats, San. He ends up saving both the people and the forest. He is in every respect a prince. Well educated in words, customs, and in spiritual realms. His mission to “see with eyes unclouded” was a destined path to the forest. He cares about people and the forest and works with all his power to set things right. In the end the forest spirit’s body is destroyed he prevailed. The people lived, san lived, and the forest now had a chance. |
