Amanda Catlett serves as Secretary to Jail Administrator L. E. Cole and Sheriff Morris.
My family and I have lived in Clarendon most of our lives. Chuck Catlett and I have been married for 14 years and have been blessed with two beautiful children that we are very proud of. Brandi Catlett 13 years old, and Jake Catlett 12 years old.
Since coming to work for Sheriff Billy Joe Morris and Jail Administrator L. E. Cole, as secretary, I have been fortunate enough to learn and see what drugs can do to a person. I feel as do many other people do, fortunate to enough to feel safe that Sheriff Morris and the Deputies are putting much effort into stopping the drug flow in our county and making it a safer place for my children to live in. Not only has he worked hard to stop the drug flow in the county, but he has talked to children to educate them about drugs and the harm they can cause. I am proud and thankful for my employment with the Sheriff's Department and with our Jail Administrator. We have put in a lot of hard work and made changes. We hope that our hard work has shown throughout the county. I one year a lot has been accomplished and I am proud to be a part of it.
