| Saturday Horror #50 The MWF stadium is jam-packed with excited fans. Cheering fills the arena as fans quiver with anticipation and excitement, ready for the action that is about to ensue in front of them. Fireworks blast into the night sky, dazzling the audience with a plethora of bright colors. The whole scene is pure fun for everyone. The audience bursts into applause when they see Tomzilla, the respected owner of the MWF, approach the podium. Tomzilla clears his throat, and begins to speak Tomzilla: Welcome all, to another action-packed, monster-bashing, thrill-filled season of the best monster wrestling show out there, the one and only, MWF! Tomzilla is greeted by another thunderous round of applause. Tomzilla: Today, my friends, marks the second season of the MWF. And I’d like to thank YOU, the fans of the MWF, for making it all possible! Without you, this never could have happened! More wild applause ensues. Tomzilla: And to kick off this special event, we bring you a very special show. Ladies and gentlemen, I present to you, MWF’s top-rated show, Saturday Horror! As the audience cheers, a familiar face steps up to the podium. The Monster Island CEO clears his throat nervously, and begins to speak. Monster Island CEO: Hello to all of you out there! As you know, I just joined the MWF staff at the end of Season 1, so I’m still fairly new to the wild and wooly world of monster wrestling. But still, I do try to bring you fans a great show! Before I start off tonight’s Saturday Horror, I have a favor to ask of all of you, the fans. Since MWF is entering its second year, I think it would be nice to know what the fans are thinking. Please, please, PLEASE tell us what you think of the MWF! Tell us your likes, your dislikes, your compliments, complaints, and suggestions. We need to know what YOU, the fans, think of our show! Drop us a line sometime! The audience cheers once more, nodding their heads in agreement to the Monster Island CEO’s request. Monster Island CEO: And now, without further adieu, I present to you the first match of tonight’s Saturday Horror! Gyaos (Heisei) Vs. Gaos (Showa) Gyaos swooped over Battle Island, intent on finding its prey. He could smell it, he could smell its odor, and he knew that it was near. The scent was shockingly familiar, yet…different. THAT was what drove him crazy. He HAD to find out what it was. He would tear the city apart if he had to. He would do whatever it took to find his prey. *** Gaos perched atop the building, his body stock-still. Something was after him. Something big. Something that wanted him dead, for no reason at all. Gaos’ eyes darted across the city, looking for his stalker. Suddenly, a demonic screech caught his attention. He had been found. Gaos looked over and saw the face of Gyaos inches from his face. *** The two bloodthirsty creatures collided, with Gaos sent flying backwards into a skyscraper. Gyaos screamed wildly with excitement, the thrill of battle nearly overloading his senses. Gyaos felt an adrenaline rush as he sunk his fangs hungrily into Gaos’ neck, drawing torrents of flowing blood. Gaos emitted a choking, gargling noise as Gyaos ripped his fangs free, bringing with them bloody strips of flesh. Gyaos flung the skin away and struck again, biting down even harder this time. Gaos, realizing he was destined to die if he did not react, opened his jaw and sent a laser-like beam surging forth. The beam struck Gyaos in his neck, cutting into his flesh. Gyaos was thrown off Gyaos by the force of the beam, but immediately took to the sky. Gaos shook his head, clearing his mind, and spread his wings, taking off into the sky as well. The carnivorous monsters circled each other in mid-air, hissing and trading battle cries. They were waiting to see who would make the first move. Gaos did. With a scream, Gaos bolted towards Gyaos. Gaos raked his claws across Gyaos’ cheek, raining blood upon the city below. In response, Gyaos emitted his sonic beam, connecting dead-on with Gaos’ wing, passing straight through. Gaos cried out in agony as the beam ripped apart his wing folds, making it increasingly difficult to fly. Suddenly, with one final blast, Gaos’ wing was ripped to shreds. Gaos struggled to stay aloft, but he couldn’t. He was helpless as he plummeted to the city below. Gaos slammed to the earth, shattering cement and asphalt and sending out shockwaves that shook the foundations of buildings. Gaos lay paralyzed at the bottom of the pit, most every bone in his body shattered. He looked up in agonizing pain, and saw Gyaos flying down towards him. Gyaos emitted his sonic beam, which sliced through the body of his downed foe. Several moments later, Gaos was little more than a mutilated mass of body parts at the bottom of a crater. Gyaos roared in satisfaction, deriving a sick, twisted pleasure from the carnage that he had wrought upon his foe. He lowered himself into the pit, and began to feed upon the remains of Gaos, satisfying his cannibalistic nature. Monster Island CEO: Now, we move on to our next fight on the agenda. And believe me, it’s worth the wait! Ladies and gentlemen, I present to you, a 4 way, all-out, battle royal! Anguirus vs. Varan vs. Guiron vs. Barugon Anguirus burst free from the rocky ground, shaking the dirt from his massive frame. He was ready to battle, eager to take on his enemy. Little did he know that he would be facing three enemies. Behind him, Anguirus heard an unfamiliar battle cry. He turned around, and was shocked at the sight of the bizarre looking creature that stared at back at him. Guiron, the knife-headed quadruped, roared at Anguirus. He instinctively hated Anguirus, and could not wait to butcher him to pieces. Above them, a new contender entered the arena. Varan swooped above the ground below, pumped up and ready to take on his enemies. He roared and tensed his muscles, ready for combat. And finally, the fourth and final combatant entered Battle Island. Barugon gave a powerful and booming roar, signifying his presence. Seconds later, the battle began. Barugon’s back spines lit up, and he fired his rainbow beam. The beam struck Varan in the chest, and he was sent plummeting to the earth below. Barugon roared, and charged over to his prone enemy. Anguirus and Guiron stared at one another, muscles tensed. The two beasts circled each other like lions, sizing one another up. Seconds later, Guiron made the first move, slamming his bladed head down upon Anguirus. Anguirus’ blocked the blow with his rock-hard carapace, and he retaliated by slashing Guiron across the face. Guiron roared in pain, but quickly sent Anguirus flying across the battle field with a smack from the broad side of his knife-like head. With a burst of strength, Guiron leapt into the air, bringing his blade down upon Anguirus. Anguirus, however, quickly reacted, rolling out of the way just in time. Guiron slammed to the ground, the force of his impact momentarily stunning him. Guiron stood, shaking himself off, still slightly dazed. However, before Anguirus could attack, the unexpected happened. Varan, sent flying through the air by Barugon, slammed down upon Guiron’s back, shocking Guiron. Anguirus turned towards Barugon, who was basically unscathed. Varan had been a fairly easy opponent for him. Now, he would take care of Anguirus. With a flash, Barugon fired his rainbow beam. However, Anguirus was quick, and he rolled out of harm’s way just in time. Anguirus roared and leapt at Barugon, and the battle was on. Meanwhile, Guiron was having little trouble with Varan. Numerous gashes and wounds covered Varan’s ravaged form, thanks to Guiron’s bladed cranium. Varan roared and lashed out with his fist, intent on doing some sort of harm to his attacker. It failed. With one single move, Guiron hacked off the right arm of Varan. Varan’s arm fell to the ground. Varan roared in tormenting, indescribable agony as waves of pain flowed through his being. The stump where his arm once existed spurted blood everywhere, splashing across Guiron’s face. The vicious creature licked it off, savoring the taste. It was time to finish this. With a roar, Guiron shoved his sword-like head through Varan’s chest. Blood stained Guiron’s blade as it ripped all the way Varan’s chest and stuck out his back, penetrating through flesh and bone. Varan opened his mouth to roar, but no sound came out. Guiron stood still, the blood dripping down his bladed head. Moments later, something shocking took place. Guiron went on a rampage, slamming Varan up and down to the ground, still impaled upon his head. Tomzilla: Oh! Oh! That’s…that’s not right! That’s disgusting! Ugh! Can we edit this please? Please? No?! Oh, the humanity! With one final jerk, Guiron flung the body of Varan away. He roared with victory, and stomped over to join Anguirus and Barugon, who were deadlocked in combat. Anguirus’ head snapped back as it was struck by Barugon’s whip-like tongue. Before he could retaliate with an attack of his own, however, Barugon did something unexpected. He opened his mouth, and seconds later, a freezing mist shot forth from the tip of his tongue. Anguirus was immediately enveloped by the sub-arctic mist, and he felt his body beginning to become stiff. He could not move as the mist washed over him. Seconds later, Anguirus was encased in a solid block of pure ice. Barugon looked at the frozen form of Anguirus, admiring his handiwork. But suddenly, his concentration was broken. With a maniacal scream, Guiron brought his head down upon the tail of Barugon, chopping it off. Barugon screamed and looked over at his severed tail, and then at Guiron. His shock quickly turned to anger. Guiron would pay. Immediately, Barugon fired his rainbow beam. The blast caught Guiron off-guard, ripping into his body. Guiron was sent flying back, and immediately, Barugon pounced upon him, biting and slashing away. Guiron was helpless as Barugon ravaged him, relentless in his attacking. Finally, Barugon delivered the coup de grace. He fired his rainbow beam, point-blank, at Guiron’s face. Moments later, Battle Island was littered with the remains of Guiron. The battle was over. Tomzilla: GREAT MATCH! Hey, Monster Island CEO, you've been doing a great job. So take the rest of the night off... Monster Island CEO: Why?! *Tomzilla hands MICEO A LOT of $$$* Monster Island CEO: Alrighty! See ya later fans... Tomzilla: Hey HQ, I'll be right back... Cykor vs. Gamera The night sky formed high above a city. An area of where a huge battle will take place between the Guardian of the Universe and the “Alien” Assassin thing. A bright flash of light beamed down from the night sky, detonating above the city. When the light fades, there standing in rubble was…Cykor. Cykor released a loud battle cry, which echoed across the city…his roar was replied by another familiar voice. High above the city, flying in his Saucer Mode was Guardian if the Universe, Gamera! The living saucer approached the ground at fast speeds, and for a split second was suspended in the air not moving – until rockets blasted from the 4 sockets. Debris burst in all directions, as the gigantic monsters’ feet slammed into the ground. Gamera raised his head eye to the air, releasing a loud roar, which shook the ground beneath him. Cykor ran towards Gamera, the ground beneath his mighty feet shook from the immense weight. Cykor reared his head back, with flames smoldering deep down his throat. As a huge fireball leaped from Cykor’s mouth towards Gamera, a loud crackle hissed the air. Gamera’s “Rocket Jets” turned on, and Gamera’s legs soon disappeared in smoke. Gamera flew high into the air, avoiding the powerful fireball. Cykor’s fireball detonated against a huge skyscraper, which soon burst into flames! Gamera continued to fly straight up into the air, while his mouth was alive with plasma flames. Gamera stopped and arched his body forward, diving down towards the ground. Just before Gamera’s body collided against the ground, he flew upwards, with exhaust from the flames coming forth from Gamera’s flames, as he flew towards Cykor – flames blazing in his jaws. Gamera fired 3 Plasma fireballs at Cykor – Cykor stood up, avoiding 2 of them, but one connected against the monster’s chest. The force of the blast/temperature of it was enough to blast Cykor’s upper body! Cykor’s head, shoulders, and arms were scattered across the city. The only thing that was still “Cykor” was lower body…Cykor’s body was still moving, but Gamera reared his head back and released another Plasma Fireball – this time, Cykor’s body was vaporized. Declaring Gamera as the winner of this fight! KaijuHQ: An impressive win for Gamera! Well, Tomzilla is still away… Tomzilla: Nope, I’m back. Just had to do something… KaijuHQ: Right…hey, something is going on in the back. Backstage Grand Ghidorah, Mothra, G2K, and Angilas were all talking to the other in a locker room. G2K: Then he ripped my lower jaw right off… Grand Ghidorah: Ha! Your pathetic Millennium Godzilla, I mean – you brag about winning March Monster Madness. You got what you deserved. G2K: Hey, shut up! Unless you want a piece of this… Grand Ghidorah: Any time and place… Suddenly, the locker room door was blown away by an energy blast. Godzilla walked through, with his white eyes peering at all the other months. Godzilla: Well, I see this is where all the losers hang out. Grand Ghidorah: That must explain why you’re here then. Godzilla (While snarling): Well, since you’re a smart ass I bet you wouldn’t mind taking me on. How about it? Grand Ghidorah: Alright, I’ll take you on… Godzilla: Very well – hopefully you will be a challenge. Unlike some monsters… With that, the Destructive God exited the room… Tomzilla: Well, that’s was interesting. I guess later tonight Godzilla will due battle with Grand Ghidorah! Hopefully, Grand Ghidorah can stop him…. KaijuHQ: I doubt it. Anyway, what’s next? Tomzilla: We have…whoa! A rematch between Bagan and Ultraman! Just a few months ago fans Bagan defended his Japan Title against Ultraman and lost. For a while now Ultraman has not seen action or defending his title, until tonight… Bagan vs. Ultraman Japan Title The city of where Gamera fought Cykor quickly transformed into a huge island. One on side of the island, near huge mountains was the Japan Title Holder: Ultraman! Ultraman was standing still, staring across the entire island. Only soon the entire area began to shake, and a loud/violent roar echoed across the island. Bagan, the Super Dragon/Monster has come ashore! Bagan with his super speed ran across the island, heading straight towards Ultraman! Ultraman was tackled into the side of a mountain, and Bagan angrily swooped at him with his powerful forearms. Bagan wrapped his fist around Ultraman’s neck, threw him high into the air, and smacked him head first into the ground. Bagan’s foot stomped across Ultraman’s face repeatedly, until Bagan jumped high into the air, and came back down slamming his elbow through Ultraman’s gut! Ultraman cried out in pain! Just as Ultraman was on his feet white energy particles began to charge up inside Bagan’s mouth – a bright blazing energy attack came forth from Bagan’s mouth, and collided against Ultraman’s chest! The force of the blast was enough to send Ultraman flying across the island! Ultraman’s body slammed and bounced off the ground repeatedly, as he slid across a jungle like area. Just as Ultraman was up, he quickly charged up his primary weapon: The Specium Beam. Bagan’s gigantic body amazingly moved across the ground so fast, that Ultraman blindly fired his Specium Beam. The powerful beam discharged from Ultraman’s right wrist – the blind shot prevailed. The beam exploded all over Bagan’s thick armor, which caused sparks too quickly explode all around his body. Bagan howled in rage: Now he’s pissed. Green colored energy began to circle around Ultraman’s right arm – Ultraman was charging up his Ultra Attack Ray. Ultraman’s entire energy was spiraling around his arm, and once he closed his fist – he will release an ultra powerful attack! Bagan reared his head towards the sky and released a loud thundering roar, and with that Ultraman closed his fist! The Ultra Attack Ray blazed forth, and slammed into Bagan’s gut! The force of the blast was enough to send Bagan flying across the air and slammed into the side of a mountain. Bagan’s body sled to the ground followed by large boulders. The boulders quickly buried the “Super Dragon”…Ultraman walked forward, dazed. He put forth most of his energy in that attack, and it will be a while before he regains it. But then the boulders began to shudder, and Bagan rose up. Bagan released a loud cry of fury, with sparks charging up all around his body. Plasma energy charged up deep in his throat – Bagan was going to repay the favor. The ground beneath both beings shook from the energy that was being given off my Bagan – the monster reared his head back, and dashed it forward, firing a very powerful Plasma Beam! The beam detonated across Ultraman’s chest! A blinding light filled the battle field, and Ultraman’s image quickly disappeared in the beam’s path. Once the blinding light quickly deceased, Ultraman’s body was gone. Indicating that the being was vaporized from the intense heat! The winner of this match and NEW Japan Champion – BAGAN! Tomzilla: What an exciting match that was! Well fans our next fight will be a “Triple Threat” match. This exciting battle field will take place in a meteor like area, meaning well…the fight will be in a “Space” like war. Just with meteors in it and uh… KaijuHQ: You’re really bad at explaining things… Tomzilla: Shut up! Well, Ymir will defend his Brawler Title against: Titanogoji AND Yonggary. LET THE FIGHT BEGIN! Yonggary vs. Ymir vs. Titanogoji Brawler Title The battle field suddenly warped into nothing but darkness. That darkness was soon filled with meteorites moving around the battle field…this is going to be one hell of a fight! Titanogoji flew through the battle field, staring back and forth at the meteors – seeing if he could spot one of his opponents. Suddenly, a fireball streaked across the “air”, which seared right past Titanogoji! Titanogoji turned towards the direction the blast came from, and there, standing steady on a meteor was Yonggary! Titanogoji roared in rage, as his dorsal spikes were glowing with energy – Titanogoji reared back, and fired an energy blast! Yonggary jumped into the “air” and swam through “space” like climates, barely able to avoid the energy beam. Titanogoji gave chase and charged up his energy – preparing to shoot out to try and tackle Yonggary into a meteor. Titanogoji blasted forth, with a trail of energy behind. Titanogoji reared his body backwards, and then slammed his fist across Yonggary’s face. The force of the impact from the punch was enough to cause Yonggary to fly through space…floating unconsciously. Suddenly, Ymir came out of no where and shoved Titanogoji off his feet…causing Titanogoji to fly through the air and slammed into the side of an oncoming meteor. Just as Ymir was going to attack Titanogoji, a bright shining glow filled the battle field. Followed quickly by a powerful shockwave, which went in all directions like any other shockwave would… Tomzilla: My god! What was that? HQ: I don’t recall any of those monsters who have that type of ability. Tomzilla: Must have been a malfunction or someone is interfering… Tiny pieces of meteors were floating everywhere. The burnt up pieces of Ymir and Yonggary were floating all around…but Titanogoji hovered through the air. This makes him the winner and new Brawler Champion! Tomzilla: Well, that was a short…match. Anyway, I would like to make an announcement…one I am REALLY proud to say… Backstage All the MWF monsters were in their separate locker rooms, staring at the TV screens. Tomzilla was preparing to make an announcement, which will probably save the MWF from certain doom. Tomzilla: Later tonight, I will introduce a monster that will lay the smack down on you – Godzilla. Backstage Godzilla stood inside his locker room, with the lights off. His cold, white eyes stared at the TV screen with hatred. Godzilla: If Tomzilla thinks any creature can stand up to my might, he’s DEAD wrong. Suddenly, Godzilla was no alone. A portal warped in behind him, and a few shadow figures emerged. Unknown #1: Godzilla, is this cretin talking about? He claims to have a creature whose power is greater then yours! Godzilla: My lord, I do not know what creature he’s talking about. If it’s Grand Ghidorah, he is surely mistaken. Unknown #1: Do not underestimate Grand Ghidorah, great one…he has power that shouldn’t be ignored. We suggest you finish him off as soon as possible, and then find out who on Earth Tomzilla is talking about… Unknown #2: It may not be an Earth creature…it could be a creature from space. Unknown #1: Possibly…but there’s no space creature out there that could withstand Godzilla’s power. Godzilla: I suggest you check…perhaps there’s a creature you missed. Until then, allow me to destroy the likes of Grand Ghidorah… Godzilla vs. Grand Ghidorah Tomzilla: Well, let’s hope and prey that Grand Ghidorah is strong enough against the “Destructive God”. The city stood in complete silence. Awaiting the confrontation between 2 very powerful creatures...suddenly, bolts of energy streaked across the sky, as the entire dark sky suddenly began to light up gold like glow. Grand Ghidorah’s large, golden wings flapped wildly, as he soared above the skyscrapers. Finally, Grand Ghidorah’s feet slammed into the ground, which caused the Earth beneath him to shake violently. Grand Ghidorah’s 3 headed reared back, releasing a loud cackling roar. Grand Ghidorah’s roars were soon replied, by a more powerful one. A dark shape lumbered between the buildings – each step the creature took shook the entire downtown area. Finally, Godzilla’s dark head reared above a skyscraper; his white eyes glowing with evil. Energy bolts formed deep down inside each Grand Ghidorah head. Grand Ghidorah then fired his energy bolts, which detonated all around the building, attempting to hit Godzilla. The steel/glass of the skyscraper was quickly “melted” from the intense heat, and fell down towards the ground. Just as it did, a bright flash appeared from the direction in which Godzilla was standing. Nuclear particles formed deep down inside Godzilla’s mouth, while his dorsal spikes emitted a bright glow of nuclear energy. Godzilla reared his head forward, releasing a very powerful nuclear blast, which struck Grand Ghidorah dead in the chest. Grand Ghidorah roared in pain, as the intense force of the blast was enough to knock Grand Ghidorah off his feet. Grand Ghidorah’s body fell backwards into the side of a skyscraper. Godzilla roared in pleasure at the sight of this destruction, and advanced towards Grand Ghidorah. Just as Godzilla was only a few feet away from the 3 headed monster, Grand Ghidorah leaped into the air, with his wings spreading. Energy bolts quickly bolted from each wing tip, and Godzilla was soon consumed by the energy bolts. But Godzilla’s thick skin protected him from Grand Ghidorah’s harmful rays. Godzilla stomped forward, clamping his powerful jaws onto the center neck. Grand Ghidorah roared in pain, as his blood began to flow from its penetrating veins. Grand Ghidorah tried to throw Godzilla off, but to no avail. Finally, the 2 heads that weren’t be devoured on fired their energy beams, which detonated across Godzilla’s eyes. Godzilla released the hold, and roared in pain. But just as Grand Ghidorah leaped into the air, and slammed his feet onto Godzilla’s shoulders…his dorsal spikes began to glow. Nuclear energy formed inside Godzilla’s mouth, and before Grand Ghidorah could do anything about it – Godzilla fired a “Super Atomic Blast”, which completely vaporized Grand Ghidorah. The winner of this match…Godzilla. Tomzilla: Enough! Godzilla next week you will finally lose. You’ve caused nothing but trouble to the MWF ever since your return…if that is even you in the first place. Next week, you will be facing someone every single MWF fan knows… The city quickly disappeared, and Godzilla found himself inside a ring…the entrance ahead suddenly explode into a huge ball of flames. Tomzilla: Next week Godzilla…you will take on: GOJIRA! Suddenly, a 100 meter tall creature stepped out of the entrance. It was…THE HEISEI GODZILLA! Godzilla (Heisei) released a loud, powerful roar. Be here next week to see these two titans go at it… |
