| Routinely, section numbers start in the upper right hand corner [NE] and go west for six sections, section seven is directly under section six on the west side of township and range map. This numbering system contines as a "wrap" type numbering with sections 1, 12, 13, 24,25 and 36 all borderng the east side of the section. There can be sections that are not total and complete due to natural barriers such as rivers. |
