Comments "live at Aspen" is also available spread out over monty python live (the Aspen interview) and life of python (the 1999 Python night).

These are 4 DVD's released by the BBC in an incoherent and very stupid way. The first release was the best of season 1 with a booklet; the subsequent release was the box set for the best of the entire series (but dispensing with any booklet); followed by the same set with a fourth disc containing the 1999 BBC python night and the Aspen interview.

GRRR, stupid BBC: first of all why release a separate first disc, but when the other season's highlights come out sell the rest only as a box?
second the ridiculous censorship: the summarise Proust competition originally had the word "masturbating" muted, now it is completely cut out.
Thirdly the Python night. Why can't it play in original order? That's a bloody stupid mistake. It's docu's with sketches in between, so if you cut them up their interactive relation is gone. (And why name the fourth disc "Live at Aspen" when it also contains the entire 1999 BBC Python Night?)
