Fall 2003
Mom and dad took Jaimee to Newfoundland this past month.
This is a yearly occurance now... and we all look forward to when it comes.. LOL.
They go and visit my nan.. Jaimee's granmama as she calls her.
And for two full weeks she is spoiled rotten.
She only has to look at something and either her nana and pop get it for her or her great grandmother.
Of course.. that's to say if one of her other relatives doesn't do it first..
I decided to make a page for everyone to see and enjoy.
Newfoundland is such a pretty province.
The air is fresh and clean.. all be it a bit damp at times.. lol.
They tend to have a lot of fog and rain being an island and living so close to the coast.
The above shots are in and around the cove leading into St. John's harbour.
This is my nan and my uncle David.
They are two of my favorite people in the entire world.
They are also extremely close and special to my little girl..
Jaimee got into everything while she was away.
In these pictures she is helping to bake some cookies and do laundry....
Jaimee will not be 4 until November 22 but that didn't stop her from having an early birthday party.
Her great grandmother thought it would be fun to invite some of her cousins and auntie's and uncles over.
So they had balloons, presents, treats, and more in celebration.
She had everyone adoring her while she was there.
In the next couple of pics you'll notice Josh our cousin dressing her in tai kwon do gear.
The day before she came home she spent some time shadowing her ganmama and Uncle David.
She wanted to be where each of them was....
The last picture I have here is the one taken on the boat ride home.
It was during the night and she was exhausted.
