Nehelenia
Nehelenia was the ruler of the Dead Moon Circus. She needed to find the Golden Mirror inside a human being that held the Golden Crystal so that she could escape from her prison inside of a mirror. She was trapped in the mirror when she became too power hungry, but eventually escaped and tried to control the world. She was locked away once again by Sailor Moon, but once again pushed herself out only to be healed by Sailor Moon in the end. Here is another picture of the Queen of the Dead Moon - Nehelenia:
