SALT SHAKER ANGEL

Supplies needed:
Salt Shaker 1 1/2" Gather Lace
Potpourri Spanish Moss or Curly Hair
1 1/2" Wooden Ball with Flat Bottom 1/2" Wide Ribbon
Black Marker Glue Gun
8" Wire Ribbon Scissors
Gold Foil Pipe Cleaner

1. Fill salt shaker with potpourri. Do not replace the cap. It can be thrown away.
It may be helpful to crush the potpourri into smaller pieces.

2. Draw a face onto the wooden ball, using the marker.
If desired, you can draw rosy cheeks onto the face with a pink marker.

3. Glue the head onto the top of the salt shaker, using the glue gun.
If you wish to have the aroma of the potpourri seep from the salt shaker, drill a small hole through the wooden ball beforehand.

4. Make a bow from the wired ribbon. Fold the ribbon in half, and make a crease. Reopen the ribbon, then fold the ends in toward the center. Using a 3/4" piece of the pipe cleaner, twist it around the middle, securing the ends to the center of the ribbon. Fluff the loops to create wings.

5. Glue wings to the back of the salt shaker right below the rim.
Fluff the wings to achieve the desired shape.

6. Glue the lace to the front of the salt shaker, around the rim, to create an apron.

7. Make a bow with the 1/2" wide ribbon, and attach to the rim of the salt shaker in front.
Attach Spanish moss or curly hair to the head for hair.
Make a small halo from a piece of the pipe cleaner and glue on top of head.
