FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Wow! When you look at the photo it's hard to understand why nobody's ever seemed to notice this before. How come?

A: Well, I think there are two answers. The first one is the one that I mentioned right at the start of this sight when I said that sometimes we don't see the forest for the trees, and most people who look at the Apollo photo just think "it's a rock" and don't think anything more about it. The second reason is I think that NASA is embarassed about it, because scientist's can't yet explain about this fossil and so they just want to keep quite about it for now. The really amazing thing is that some NASA guy must have figured that the best way to make sure that nobody pays attention to it is just to release it along with all the other moon photos! And he was right!

Q: Why are you so sure that this isn't just a rock?

A: ROFL! Didn't you read the last few pages? Look, I even traced it out for you. If you still can't see it you must have "rocks" in your head! ROFL! Now let me ask you a question. If it's just a rock, then how come it's so perfectly symmetrical? Ever seen a rock like that on earth? I didn't think so. Also, if it's just a rock, how come there's a completely different texture where the eyes are? Before you say that it's just the effects of erosion, remember that there is no air on the moon and there's been no water for millions of years, so where's the erosion coming from?

Q: Who else knows about this?

A: I'm not sure, because I haven't been able to find any more sites about this fossil. If you know of one, please be sure to email me and tell me about it!

Q: Do you think that this creature is actually related to earth animals like the trilobytes, also do you think it came from earth or was native to the moon or maybe did the trilobytes come from the moon?

A: These are all extremely good questions, and I don't know the answers to any of them! I suppose all of these things are possible, but until we get a bit more public debate about it and some of those NASA scientists work up the balls to speak out I don't think we can do anything but guess.

Q: What can I do to help raise public awareness about this important issue?

A: Tell all your friends about this sight and keep coming back here because I'm going to be updating it regularly when I get new information about it. You can also feel free to make links to this page from your own homepage. Spread the word! Nothing can remain a secret forever! Also remember that it was your tax dollars that paid for the moon shots in the first place - you have a right to know!

That's all the FAQ for now - I will be adding more to it when I need to.

Coming soon - I will be adding a links page, so if you have any good links about this (or maybe other fossils from the moon?) I would be very interested to hear from you on my email.
