US MT Bloopers

We have been seeing many of the mistakes come from the typing. In small efforts to quickly aid our countryman MTs, we are posting these commonly-found "bloopers" as USMTs call them.

We are thanking our American contributors and local QA staff for sharing these USMT bloopers found in transcribed reports so thats we educated by them
