When
we talk about a woman we are then talking
about a human being living as a member in
this world. This member has got feelings, and rights like anyone
else. So when we want to talk about that woman’s
best place, we should rather ask what she really wants. Either she
wants to stay home raising her children and looking after her family or
takes her chance in the careers field.
There's
no problem with a woman staying at home just to spend her life raising
good children and building a fulfilling family, and this for sure doesn't
mean that this woman is scarifying her self. Especially that she's very
happy and satisfy with her life like that way. On the other hand, any
worker woman can be a very successful employee if she really loved her
job. It’s clear that
women these days are more capable to do many other things in life, and
compete men over the years. In other words we can say that with the
support of the community it will be easier for her to handle the both jobs
which are home and official job in the same time so successfully . There
are a lot of women who are as competitive as men or even better.
However,
on my own opinion, I believe that a woman should learn and get a good
certificate and then have the chance to work. Because this will make her a
very educated person in the community, and as a result it will
help her raising an educated family.
There
are a lot of other benefits for the woman to work. Like she can help in
the house’s expenses, so with the cooperation of the both couples they
can offer their family a better life and higher standards. Another thing
is that by doing her job she’s then serving the community and may be
offering the people the help they need. One very important thing we all
should think about is that no one know what might happen in the future, so
when she has got a job then this will give her very good opportunities.
There
are many things may happen to this woman in the future, and each of us has
to be prepared. Let’s take the case where a woman lose her husband for
example, then who will manage the responsibilities of her and her kids..?
what if she doesn’t have anyone to support her anymore. No family, no
husband. This might be a really big problem for her. If she was not well
educated, or even if she is, but also doesn’t have any work experiences.
Here we have to think about that poor woman who might live on the
support of the social care.
Furthermore,
sticking with a job that you like can be a very good advantage, since
it’s hard to get a job these days. And it’s clear that your job helps
you in your own life’s expenses and may be makes you an up to date
person. So your education and your work can be the weapon that helps you
to protect yourself and your family from what life might hide for you.
Finally,
we should admit the value of a woman in this community and we all have to
respect her needs and rights. Let every person do what he/she feels
comfortable and good about it, so he/she can really accomplished in it. |
