RELAXATION

 

Sometimes in our daily life we face a lot of troubles, have a lot of late jobs and other things to do, and sometimes we feel sad for hearing some bad news. As human beings we can’t carry all this on our shoulders. We have limits for our strength and we need to get disposal of some of this pressure. So we need to get red of our problems and tiredness. Whether times are tough at home or work , relaxation will help by making us get back to normal and return our energy back..

So we can define relaxation as some kind of activities people do when they feel tiered to ease their pain and stress. This activity of course varies from a person to another, so it depends on the personality, interests, and hobbies. For example some people like to hear classic music, others find hard rock music a good way to relax while it’s a pain for most of us.

There are many different ways of relaxation can be used, such as sleeping, walking, sports, day dreaming, talking with someone you like, setting alone and take some rest, and many other ways.

However, there are some of people who exceed  the limits of relaxation. Such people try to forget there problems and stress by drinking alcohol or having drugs. They think that by using this way they can have as much relaxation as they can and will feel nice and happy all the time, because they feel like they are out of their real world and living in another place. And this is wrong because this stuff will make you a useless person , and when you forget the things around you, is absolutely not a good solution for your problems. You have to keep your healthy mind and body so you can solve your matters in life.

It’s also a wrong idea that relaxation is just a waste of time. People who believe in that, says that time is like a sword. But what the use of a sword if there was no enough energy or even a healthy body!?

Relaxation mustn’t always take very long time. There are series of relaxation techniques that you can do almost any where and any time. And you should not force yourself to relax, just let it happen. Remember that your own body have rights on you, and you should give it some rest.

The simplest way that I think anyone can do it anywhere is to sit quietly in a comfortable place and relax all the body’s muscles. Then breathe in and out. You should remember to say the word "I’m calm" silently to yourself. As I read somewhere that you shouldn’t relax within two hours after any meal, since the digestive processes seems to interfere with the elicitation of the Relaxation Response.  

Relaxation will relief you from stress, make you smile and think. So take a few deep breaths, relax and enjoy.
