Germanium is another food that will increase your intelligence.It is able to discharge toxic metal found in your bodies.It helps to kill bacteria and virus.Alls this will improve the oxygen content in your body thus increasing your intelligence.Organic germanium is found in foods like garlic,watercress,pearl barley,ginseng.It is also available in capsule form.For best result check contents.The recomended dosage is 30 mg a day
Vitamins and minerals
The mineral that is benefical for brains are potassium,magnesium,calsium while vitamins that will help make you smarter is vitamin A,B complex and C
Headstand
Headstand is an exercise that has been used by Indians for centuries to increase intelligence.Since you will be standing on your head all the blood will flow into your brain thus increasing your intelligence.Given here is my own modified version of the head stand.
STEPS
1) Take 10 deep breaths.That is inhale to the count of 8.Hold to the count of 16.(You can also hold to the count of 8),Exhale to the count of 8.And pause to the count of 8.What this does is it makes your blood full of oxygen.Oxygen is one of the most important element in making your brain working in top condition .
2)Before you attempt the head stand make sure you have a piece of blanket on the floor to protect your head from the hard floor.
3)Also make sure you are sitting with your back against a wall,this is to ensure that if you fall the wall will be there to break your fall
4)Turn your head to the left and right alternatively four times as if you were saying no.Now turn your head up and down as if you were saying yes,also four times.This exercise will help stimulate your thyroid glands and carotid veins which is the main blood vein to your brain.Now place your head on the blanket with knees touching the floor and both hand holding the back of your head so you are in a crouching position and slowly lift your legs up until your legs are straight up the air.
5)In this position again take 10 deep breaths.This will be rather hard for beginners but with practice it gets easier.The key is to keep yourself in a relaxed state and not force yourself to breath but breath in a natural way.
6)Now slowly lower your legs until they reach the floor so that you are in the same crouching position with your head still touching the floor.Stay in this position for about 30-40 seconds as you don't want to raise suddenly up since all the blood is in your head.
Doing head stand requires a certain amount of fitness.If you are a begineer you might want to do it with a friend watching over you in case you fall.
