1)The two matter of interest here is the shenque point which roughly is situated at your bellybutton and the two points that are depressions that are slightly below the inside end of your collarbone.Use a finger to massage your bellybutton and a thumb and finger of the other hand to massage the two points below the inside end of your collarbones.After a few seconds change hands.
2)Next use the finger of one hand to massage the renzhong point which is situated in the midway point between the bottom of your nose and the center of your upper lips.Use a finger of the other hand to rub the bony end of your spine.Again after a few seconds change hands.
3)Both exercise one and two helps fine tune the energy flowing along the acupuncture lines.After fine tuning the energy we will now direct energy into our brain thus improving intelligence.
4)Take a deep breath to the count of 8.Hold your breath and imagine the oxygen you inhaled is leaving your lungs and flowing into your brains.You can also visualize that the oxygen you inhaled leaving your lungs in an energetic ball form floating from your lungs into your brain.This is done around 16 seconds.If you can't hold your breath for 16 seconds,try 8 seconds.Now exhale for 8 seconds and pause for 8 seconds.
5)Repeat step 4,8-10 times
