Episode 18 | Dirty Girls | Sypnosis |
--A girl (presumably an SIT) named Shannon gets chased by Bringers and ends up launching herself into a rusty beat up truck to get away from them. Caleb is driving the car. --Caleb stabs Shannon, tells her to give Buffy a message (that we never hear) and leaves her by the side of the road. --Willow and Faith find Shannon, and take her to a hospital. --Xander has a fantasy about the SITs having an erotic pillow fight. He snaps back into reality only to be conned into fixing a clogged toilet. --Faith jets from the hospital, deciding that someone should go find Buffy, leaving Willow there to wait for Shannon to be conscious. --Spike and Faith run into each other, because Faith sees Spike fighting a girl and assumes that he was trying to kill her for dinner. --Spike and Faith exchange a few words, telling each other that they are both good and reformed. Faith continues to punch Spike. --Buffy pulls Faith off Spike and tells the Slayer that Spike is with her. Buffy explains that Spike has a soul. Faith asks if it's like with Angel. Spike gets offended and says that Angel is as dull as a table lamp. --As soon as Faith enters the Summers' home, she is shunned by Giles and Dawn, who are very cautious. Cold silences between Buffy and Giles pass before the Watcher and Dawn leave the room. --Spike explains to Faith that the silence isn't entirely because of her, but because Giles tried to kill him for Buffy's own good. Faith still doesn't know what to think about Spike with him being all ensouled. --Caleb's "boys" appear to be the Bringers. --Caleb works for the First, and is under the impression that he's on the side of good. --Caleb admits, while talking to the First, that he is the one who blew up the Watcher's Council and organized the Bringers. --The First comes to Caleb as Buffy and warns him that he will be encountering her soon. --Andrew does a voiceover while explaining to the SITs about Faith's good-turned-evil ways. He has footage, too, that is played during his voiceover. --Wood looks like crap from the last episode. Buffy goes to see him in his office. After confirming that Buffy won't beat him up, Wood fires her, his reason being that she should focus on the "fight". Buffy asks to work part-time and he denies. --Faith encounters Spike when she goes down to the basement to smoke. They share a long fuzzy moment. --Faith finally reveals to Spike that it wasn't Buffy who talked to him in "Who Are You", but her in Buffy's body. --Faith and Spike sort of....um...bond. --Buffy walks in on Faith and Spike talking, and gets jealous. Then, Dawn comes in to say that Shannon is conscious. --Buffy and Willow go to the hospital to talk to Shannon about what happened. She tells them about Caleb and the "message". --Buffy makes another speech in the living room, and tells the SITs that she's going to get whatever Caleb has of hers and they're all going with her. --Buffy, the regulars, and Faith are talking about the plan. Buffy suggests arming the SITs while Giles suggests that she has no idea what she's doing. --Buffy and Faith stake out the vineyard, and start talking about how Faith was in Angel's head and how "trippy" it was. Buffy gets annoyed by Faith's obvious attempt to get on her nerves. Faith says she can see the darkness and light in souled vamps. --Buffy was about to ask how much Faith and Spike....something....when a Bringer opens the cellar door of the vineyard. --Dawn and Xander prepare the SITs for battle. --Rona suggests that Buffy sending the SITs into battle this early means that she doesn't care about them, because she's worried they're not ready. --Xander makes a speech defending Buffy, saying they could trust her, which Buffy and Faith overhear, both pleased. --At the vineyard, Buffy, Faith, Xander, Spike, and a boatload of SITs get ready to fight, dividing into the Buffy/Spike group and the Faith/Xander group. --Buffy/Spike team fights, and effectively beats down on the Bringers until Caleb shows up from the shadow, in a very creepy, calm manner. |
