February 10th - Monthly Review


Today I decided to start by reviewing the goals I set in my first journal.  I wrote them on the 11 Jan, so it is now the end of a calender month and a good time to review them.

Weight Watchers - I have joined as I planned and attended every week so far.  This is a goal in progress, and I am on track to completion.

Podiatrist - I have gotten my orthotics and am finding them very helpful.  I have one follow up appointment left, on 2 March.  Therefore I consider this goal completed.

Tennis - this goal is completed (as mentioned in the previous entry).  At the time I included it in my goals I didn't have a clear plan - which means I have considered, decided, and carried through on the plan in one month.  Big pats on the back to Mopsy.

Yoga - this one went a little awry.  I tried to join at the place I decided I wanted to go and their classes were full.  Their next course is in May.  So I will decide by late March whether I want to enrol in their next course. 

Overall, things are staying well on track.  What a bundle of organisation I've become in the last month!  It's so different, it's starting to get scary...
