So I've decided not to apologise again for not keeping up with my journal more regularly, but simply notice it as an indication that in fact my priorities are shifting. Of course it's still a priority for me to focus on my health, but it seems that I don't need to journal as regularly as I used to in order to keep that focus. To support this assertion, you can check my progress which shows I've continued to lose a small amount of weight whilst on maintenance. In regard to the confession I made last entry, my eating has definitely improved again. I am having more treats than when I was losing faster, but it all seems in reasonable balance and I'm very happy with the way things are going. I've also picked up the amount of exercise I've been doing by walking more, and the tennis season starts again this week (and who wouldn't feel inspired by Patrick Rafter's semi-final against Agassi). In other news ... I have a new job lined up to start in a few weeks, and although I'm relieved to not be unemployed, it is a little stressful because it's in a slightly different area to my previous work, but I keep telling myself it will be ok. Anyway, I am going overseas next year so at worst I botch it up and then leave the country! There isn't really any other news to be had, oh except of course that this coming Tuesday (unless I put on 2kgs in 2 days) I will make life time membership at Weight Watchers. I will update on Tuesday night and let y'all know...
