Davros
Davros is a crippled Kaled scientist who planned to mutate the Kaled race so that they could crush their enemies: the Thals. In this he succeeded and created the Daleks. The Daleks turned on Davros, but centuries later returned for their creator. Davros was captured by the Doctor before he could help the Daleks and was frozen in time. The Daleks eventually freed Davros, but he sought to destroy the Daleks. Years later, the Doctor prevented Davros from creating a new Dalek race and Davros was captured by the Daleks for execution. Davros managed to gain control of the Daleks and created the Imperial Daleks, with himself as Emperor. The Doctor managed to destroy the Imperial Daleks, although Davros escaped. Davros has since been made virtually mad with anger at the Doctor's victories over him, as shown when he was tricked into using the Hand of Omega. Davros demands total control over life and death, and he is mad enough to use that control.
