Ensures that EPW operations in the TO follow
US policies and directives, international agreements, and US policies implementing
international law.

Is an essential link with HN forces securing
EPWs, CIs, and DCs. Ensures that policies favorably consider the intent
of the US to comply with international treaties pertaining to the care
and handling of EPWs, CIs, and DCs.
