Well the thing with this song I think is that you have to figure out what Charlotte Sometimes is.  That's really hard to do.  I'm thinking that it's some girl that this guy loves.  He refurs to her as "Charllote Sometimes" and as "her".  This song is really confussion cause it talks about different things that don't seem to go together.

All the faces he sees everyday are all the same. Nothing different about them. Time to go to bed girl Every night she is alone with no one to talk to. Everytime she goes outside, just to even take a walk, she feels out of place. Charlotte was not scared.  Why? He is telling Charlotte Sometimes that sometimes he is dreaming and hoping where everyone else is living there dreams, and all what they have hoped for is true. He dreams but everything never changes. She hopes to eventually end this dreaming and to not be alone anymore. do be in a "different world" He is calling to her to and begging her to please come "Charlotte Sometimes" Charlotte Sometimes does not know what to do so she cries.  All Charllotte Sometimes does is put these "walls" that she thinks protects her but only prevents her from love.  "but it's always with love"  it's not with everything.  She only hides behind walls from love. Charlotte is behind a "glass wall".  He can see her and she is so pretty behind the "glass wall" wall that prevents her from fallling in love with him.
