Prayers For Rain
You shatter me
Your grip on me
A hold on me
So dull it kills
You stifle me
Infectious sense
Of hopelessness and
Prayers for rain
I suffocate
I breathe in dirt
And nowhere shines
But desolate
And drab the hours all I spent
On killing time again
On killing Time again
All waiting for the rain

You fracture me
Your hands on me
A touch so plain
So stale it kills
You strangle me
Engtangle me
In hopelessness and
Prayers for rain
I deteriotrate
I live in dirt
And nowhere grows
But drearily and tired
The hours all spent
On killing time again
All waiting for
The Rain
The rain will finnaly release him
wash away the dirt because the his face is in it and he can't breath till the rain washes the dirt away.  He prays for the rain to come.  This person won't let him go.  He can do nothing till the rain washes the dirt away

he is waisting time, the time is spent waiting for the rain

The grip the person has on him really sucks

The "dirt" (the grip the person has) is suffocating him

All he can do during this time is pray for the rain to come
