Well this person is in love with a girl.  All he can't think about is her.  He called her and she was not hom so he went to her house she was not there. Then I think he falls asleep, and started to dream that he was with her.  He dreamed that they "walked around the lake, and woke up in the rain".  And he woke up. Then I think he was at a lake..  He leaned over the water and saw her face in it. He kissed it wishing it was her and even believeing it was her.  And when you kiss the water it makes ripples and would make your face look like an Japanese baby.  An "in an instant" he "rememberd everything"  He sundenly realized something.  Maybe he realizes he is in love with her.  Or he rembers that she is not even in front of his face, or anything important.
