That was done to ensure that this page would be read :)

Willpower: Willpower for non-Thaumaturgy users can only reach a level of 8. It's very, VERY rare for someone to have a Willpower of 10. Only Thaumaturgy users can have a Willpower of 10. Why only Thaumaturgy users? Thaumaturgy is the main discipline that causes you to lose your Willpower should you botch. That doesn't mean they can start off with 10, but they have to build themselves up to that point through RP.

Appearence: You want a 5 in appearance? Best hope you have a Tzimisce for a friend. A nice one at that. Even 4 is a rarity unless you're a model. If you have a 4 in appearance, I hope you have a background written about them being some type of show stopper.

Starting 5's/4's: As White Wolf stated there are to be no 5's in starting to reflect a beginning character. 5's mean you are a Master of the level. 4's is a bit better, but even those have to be questioned. Those with a dex/brawl/stam/dodge of four, or other abilities, expect to bugged about a background reflecting these things.

Backgrounds: If you want to gain certain things, you must have a background written for your character. W:tA is a MUST for backgrounds. Indication has to be made of when the first change was, when and how your character got their Rite of Passage if they got it in the first place. How they received their gifts. Reflections of the characters past, present, and possible future. Sometimes you can get free stuff with a well written background. Everyone likes that word, right? "Free?"

Humanity: Most people have a humanity of 6, maybe 7. You can guarantee that if it's higher I'm going to be looking at your background, role-play, and posts to see if you break that level of humanity. You can bet you'll get mail from me, the AMST, for you to roll your conscience should I see it is needed. If you lose your humanity, don't expect to buy it back, it must be gained through RP ONLY and given by MST/AMST discretion.

Resources: This is another thing I require having a background written for. Resources 3 is allowed, 4 there MUST be a background. 5? Don't even think about it. 5 is allowed only by MST/AMST discretion. If you're running a business, you need to have that room open so that business can keep up it's resources. Logs will need to be provided, if not, then expect you to get mail that your resources has gone down due to spending money, but not making it.

Disciplines: Hello there vampire, and ghoul players. You expect to have nonclan disciplines on your CS? I do hope that you have the 5 point merit of "Additional Discipline" as well as a background written on how those disciplines were gained. Certain one's don't require a background. Clan disciplines are understood. BUT, if you want to get higher in your levels, posting and RP of practice, practice, practice, is required. For nonclan, to get higher in certain disciplines, you MUST have an in game teacher.

Rituals and Paths: Hello Mage and Thaumaturgy players. You're planning on making a ritual or path? It's subject to MST/AMST as well as Genre ST approval.

Abilities: You want to bring your Linguistics from 1 dot to 2? I hope you did the RP for it. Have a need to up that Firearms from 3 to 4? There should be posting on the gun practice.

Thaumaturgy Users: ONLY Tremere are allowed to come in with Thaumaturgy UNLESS you have a damn good background written.

Specialties: If you have 4 dots in any area, and take a specialization in it, write up how you came by the specialization.

Secondary Abilities: Again, background should reflect how these abilities were gained.

Showing up: All characters must have an IC reason on why your character is coming to Millbrae or Silverbrook. Could be something as small as sight seeing, to something larger as being called to the city for some reason.

This list is still in the making. It'll grow as time passes :) Trust me.
