We're not accepting Healer Salubri, aka Camarilla Salubri, at this time, that type within the clan is just too rare.

At this time we're accepting more Camarilla kindred at starting stats.

Also, for all starting characters, at this time I would like to stress that no starting 5's will be allowed without ample background history reguarding the area you wish it in. And the only 5 in appearance granted is if the character has been changed by some sort of Tzimisce or other type char, and that would have to be very detailed out in history as well.


Disciplines

Next we have Disciplines. Sourcebooks for V:tM are the only place we'll accept for disciplines. No made up ones, or the ever famous "They let me use this in the last Chronicle I was in" type deal...The only exceptions to this are Thaumaturgy and Rituals. Other than that, stick to the books and we'll get along fine.

Another point I would like to address is the usage of "Non-Clan" Disciplines. You can use Disciplines that are not of your specific clan but you must have a way to learn it... meaning a good history of his/her/them learning it. But keep in mind, no Non-Clan Discipline can be higher than a Clan Discipline. (ie... A ventrue with presence 3, fortitude 2 and dominate 4 could not have a non-clan discipline, like celerity, above a 2)

The final note to be made concerning Disciplines is in reference to "Clan Specific" disciplines. These are Protean, Dementation, Thaumaturgy, Obtenebration, Vicissitude, Quietus, Serpentis and Chimerstry. Any player wishing to posess one of these Disciplines will have to either gain them in play or will have to provide an in-depth history that must be approved by the ST.

Merits and Flaws


Merits and Flaws. By the book on this, too. You can take all the flaws you want, but only 7 points of them can be added to freebies. Merits can only be bought with freebies. The following merits are not allowed:

Magic Resistance
Unbondable
Charmed Exsistance
Guardian Angel
Nine Lives
True Love
(must be ST given)
or any Elysium
(Elder) stats



We will only be permitting the use of each Merit or Flaw once. Example: the flaw Enemy. Could only be used one time no matter how many enemies you have. But may be raised by how many points you purchase it for.

As for the rest of Character Creation, it's by the book. You get a total of 15 freebies, plus what ever (up to 7) points in flaws you take. Remember, if you get something like Dark Fate, expect your character to be dying by some incredible occurance. Hunted.. expect it to happen.

Age is given by MST/AMST only and for reasons that there was only one of that particular clan to begin with. Also, you must have a well written background. If you lower your generation, you will have to purchase that background as well, seeing that all new chars start out at 13th generation. On that note, there will be NO characters lower than 10th generation unless they were sired in game. If there are no characters in that clan, then 9th will be allowed. First come first serve. Once the character sheet is finished, send away to MM CS ST to be looked over.
