     New business development will be the responsibility of David Cuff.

      Client support will be the responsibility of a Project Manager/Customer Service team
      Coordinators acting as an administrator between all corporations involved.

      Sales/Marketing-“Business Development” will be the responsibility of the Strategy
      development team lead by David.

      Corporate graphics standards will be the responsibility of Infinity Direct Inc.

      Direct response promotion responsibility of Infinity Direct Inc. and the Tele-Service
      bureau.

      Tele-service--scripts/training responsibility of the Tele-Service bureau..
