It controls every action you do and keeps you a prisoner inside your own mind. It grasps your heart and surrounds it with pain, confusion, anger and overwhelming sadness. Losing someone who is so very dear to you is almost too much to bear. You feel as if you are going mad with so many emotions swirling around in your head. It's like the heaviness in your chest will suffocate you, it's such a strong feeling. If there is peace for one moment, there is a storm of anger and confusion the next. The feeling of being lost and not knowing where to turn, what to do takes over and completely takes your breath away. It feels like you are lost at sea and have no way of getting back to shore. In that sea of pain there is one wonderful post and that is from a wonderful courageous man. He took his grief and sadness and made a refuge for people that are lost in a sea of grief. That man is Steven Taylor. Written by Linda Maille January 26, 2003
