I have been busy getting the trim panels cut out and water-proofed before sticking the foam on them. The leather will arrive with the seats and I can then cover the trim panels appropriately. Working with the little fiddly trim clips has been fun and all the panels now look and seem fairly secure when fastened in place.

I have finished making the pattern for the heater fresh air intake box and have bought a stainless bonnet vent. Now I need to cut out the hole in the bonnet where the vent wil sit and also get some sheet metal and make up the intake box.

I will also be using sheet metal to make up the heater surround (inside the car and it will be covered with carpet), and various cover panels and brackets.
