Well, things are progressing quite nicely now, thank you very much.

I have *one* hole left to drill before the body can be painted! This is to allow the wiring loom into the scuttle (i.e. the space behind the dashboard). I spoke with the person who will be painting the car, and he is on Jury Service for the next couple of weeks, so it gives me plenty of time to get that done.

The air intake box is now completed and look quite nifty (even if I say so myself).

The headrests have arrive and look good with the seats - and will look even better when they're in the car!

A company called Kit Fit are getting an electric radiator fan and some other bits and pieces for me and I will check with them about these parts this week.

Still to do:

  1. Get some radiator hose
  2. Cut out the dash board and get it lacquered/polished
    (this will be sprayed with lacquer at the same place the body is done)
  3. Get the body painted
  4. Fit the last brake pipe
  5. Get the grille mesh
