Toyota Altezza

We are betting that the Toyota Altezza will be a big hit when it comes to America in 2000 as the 2001 Lexus IS. We are so sure of this we put GReddy’s turbocharged and body-armored Altezza on the cover.

The Toyota is powered by a 2.0-liter four-cylinder while the U.S.-spec Lexus is slated for an in-line six. Of course the GReddy car was done up in high style as it was the centerpiece of the company’s display at the Tokyo Auto Salon.

We are looking forward to this Euro-fighting sedan and hope to bring you more tuned versions when they hit the street.
