My New Bike & Mods
Let me tell you, this bike has been a real pain in the ass!!!! after 300 miles one of the main bearings decided to give up the ghost and came undone. Doing about 50 MPH the rod snapped and came down on the crank. Now what we have is a bike that is at the dealers getting fixed. Try over $3000 worth of parts along not including labor. The crank snapped in half tearing the engine cases to shreds. So I will have an all new engine except for the head, cylinders and gear box. And a month wait. Kawasaki USA told me they would be no help because I had the bike shipped here to the UK. Kawasaki UK said they would fix it for me even though they did not have to. Kawasaki USA will be getting some bad press from me in the near future. Its just not right, I don't care what he Warranty says. A bike that has a catastrophic failure like this is not good for Kawasakis Rep, they will hear from Me!!!!!
