* On 6/3/98, The CGT Connection touched off an IWA-Wide census to determine the "Best Wrestlers in the IWA". Ballots were sent out to every IWAer with an email account; And the contest was promoted heavily on this very page. Finally, after 3 weeks (6/25/98) of tabulating, and a pretty decent voter turnout, the results are in. Thanks to all the managers that participated. Enjoy!

The ranking system: Wrestlers were first ranked by the number of votes they recieved in the different catagories (e.g. if one wrestler recieved 5 votes and another wrestler got 4, he'd - the one with 5 - get a higher ranking). Then, the wrestlers were slotted according to the rankings on the individual lists. This was done by adding up the #'s, that people had them ranked at; Placing those with the lower numbers higher up in the 'Best Wrestlers' rankings (like if 3 managers had the same guy (A) ranked at 3, 9, & 5; And 3 other managers had another guy (B) ranked at 2, 4, & 7... Wrestler B would be ranked higher because his total (13) is lower than Wrestler A's (17)).
